Job Description:
We are looking for an Industrial Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, pharma, and utilities. You will be responsible for programming PLCs, SCADA systems, and robotics to enhance operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in automation, control systems, and industrial networking.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement industrial automation systems using PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
* Program, test, and maintain control systems for manufacturing and process industries.
* Optimize production processes by integrating IoT and smart automation solutions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation system issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
* Stay updated with advancements in automation technologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
* 3-6 years of experience in industrial automation or control systems.
* Strong understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
* Experience with SCADA, DCS, and HMI system development.
* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC).
* Familiarity with robotics, motion control, and AI-driven automation is a plus.
* Certifications in automation and control systems are advantageous.
* 3-6 years of experience in industrial automation or control systems.
* Strong understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
* Experience with SCADA, DCS, and HMI system development.
