Job Description:
We are looking for a Process Control Engineer to optimize and maintain control systems in industries such as power, biotech, and food & beverage. You will work on improving efficiency, monitoring production processes, and troubleshooting control systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in process engineering, automation, and system optimization.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement control strategies for industrial processes.
* Monitor and optimize DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems for efficient operation.
* Analyze process data to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Design and configure PID controllers, sensors, and automation systems.
* Provide support for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems.
* Work with teams to implement predictive maintenance and AI-based monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* 3-7 years of experience in process control and automation.
* Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
* Experience with process simulation and optimization tools.
* Understanding of industrial standards (ISA, IEC, ISO).
* Certifications in process automation or industrial control are a plus.
