ASD12 series probes are designed for smaller scale bioreactors used in R&D and process development areas. Extremely repeatable and easy to use, ASD12 probes come in a variety of insertion depths and optical path lengths to give the best resolution possible.
The seal-less sapphire window design of all AS/ASD probes eliminates crevices and gaps to ensure the highest level of sterility. Additionally ASD12 probes are autoclavable.

ASD12-N Absorption Probe

Single Channel Absorption Probe
The ASD12-N absorption probe has a durable LED light source for direct installation into laboratory bioreactors and disposable bioreactors for measuring cell growth and optical density. The probe is available in three different lengths to fit any vessel and is suited for sterilization / autoclaving procedures.

ASD25-N Absorption Probe

Single Channel Absorption Probe
ASD25-N probe for direct installation into bioreactors, pipelines and vessels measuring absorption, cell growth and optical density of various liquid samples under sanitary process environments. The probe is suited for Sterilization In Place (SIP) / and Clean In Place (CIP) procedures.

AS16-N Turbidity Probe

Single Channel Absorption Probe
High precision probe for direct installation into pipelines and vessels measuring NIR light absorption (turbidity) of various liquid samples. The optical path length can be individually configured to meet the process control requirements with the highest accuracy.

C4000 Photometric Converter

Multi Channel Photometric Converter
The C4000 converter is a multi channel controller capable of operating all optek photometric sensors. The C4000 converter allows for easy programming and operation, and can supply up to four real time configurable 4-20 mA output values correlated to any units of measure. The C4000 offers configurable relay alarms, can record and download process data, and can operate up to four sensors simultaneously.
